  What’s Included in Every Rental?

• Modern 6×10 insulated day-use house (fits 1–3 anglers comfortably)

• 2 pre-drilled holes, per angler, (freshly cut daily)

• Clean propane heat + LED lighting

• Power outlets for chargers & accessories

• Comfortable chairs

• Plowed access road right to the door.

  Optional Add-Ons**

• Hand auger rental – $10/day

• Ice rod rental - $5/day for walleye rod, $25/day for lake trout

• Vexilar fish finder $30/day

  When does the 2025–2026 ice house season start?

• Typically mid-to-late December once we have 12–14" of safe ice. We post exact opening dates on this page and our Facebook/Instagram.

  What is the cancellation policy?

• 30+ days notice → full refund - 8–29 days notice → credit toward any future rental or bait purchase - 7 days or less → deposit is transferable but non-refundable

  Are pets allowed?

• No pets, please. All houses are kept smoke-free and clean for every guest.

  Can we keep the house overnight?

• These are **day-use only** (7 AM – 7 PM). We do not offer sleeper houses.

  Do you move the houses during the week?

• Yes! Steven and the crew pull and relocate houses 1–2 times per week based on fresh bite reports — you always fish the hottest spot.
